Monte Baldon Spinarol - Rosso Veronese - 2014
Carefully handpicked grapes are left to wither for 2 months and then they are crushed, fermentation then takes place for 35 days, maturing for 12 months in French oak barrels, plus an additional 10-12 months in bottle. This wine has deep ruby red colour with a garnet red tinge with a bouquet that is composed with hints of almonds, ripe cherries and sweet spicy notes, the palate is smooth, with harmonic complexity and a long finish.
