(Available from Mid - Late May) Pouilly Fumé - Cuvée Sainte Clélie

Once the Sauvignon Blanc grapes have been picked from the best vines in the vineyard and crushed, the wine spends a year on Lees before bottling. It’s a pale yellow colour with a mix of white fruits and floral on the nose. It’s very refreshing on the tongue with a mouth-watering acidity, mixed with all those white fruity flavours. Great with seafood and white meats.
