(ETA Mid December) Emrich Montigny - Scheurebe

A Kabinett wine made from the Scheurebe grape in Bad Kreuznach. Once the grapes are picked, they go through 8 hours of maceration to then be cooled in stainless steel tanks. The finished wine is clean, with aromas of ripe yellow apple and peach. With an expressive, fruity flavour mixed with a pleasant sweetness and a nice acidity.
