Longen - Thörnicher Ritsch 2023

Harvested from 120 year old vines which managed to survive the phylloxera that spread across Europe in the 19th century. After fermenting on the lees, you get great aromas of ripe peach and dried fruits, the whole minerality from the vineyard shows up on the palate and a surprising acidity in the aftertaste makes this wine an exceptional drinking experience.
