
(ETA November) Monte Baldon - Amarone Della Vapolicella
The grapes are picked from the vines and left to wither for 4 months in crates, fermentation takes 35 days where the liquid is pumped around over the top. It then is put in French oak barrels for 12 months with another 12 months in the bottle. In total that’s two and a half years the wine is perfected to drink. The end product is a ruby red coloured Amarone with a bouquet that’s intense, on the tongue it has a soft and velvety texture with scent of dried grapes.
