Chateau Haut Champion - Entre Deux Mers

Crafted by three generations of the Doublet family, this lively white from the rolling vineyards of Entre-Deux-Mers captures the fresh, vibrant character that defines the area. Made primarily from Sauvignon Blanc, the wine opens with bright, aromatic notes of freshly mown grass and crushed green herbs, accompanied by hints of citrus zest and crisp orchard fruit.

On the palate it is light-bodied and refreshing, with flavours of green apple, gooseberry and subtle lemon that give the wine a lively, fruit-forward profile. A clean streak of acidity keeps it vibrant and balanced, leading to a pleasantly dry and invigorating finish.
