Chobeo De Peciña - Rioja Blanco
Made from the best quality grapes that are harvested from 50 year old vines. After being picked the grapes are pressed and the skins and juice are put into new American oak casks and left to ferment for 1 month, being stirred every day to obtain a smooth cream texture. After fermentation and one racking, it will stay 2 months in the cask to age a little and blend with the wood. The result is a pale yellow wine with sweet and toasty aromas, along with a herbal but slightly sweet taste and a nice acidity, medium bodied and a all round good tasting experience.
