Franco Francesco Barbera D'Asti "Trej Amis"

This Barbera from the Alfieri hills reflects the harmony of its terroir and meticulous vineyard care. Hand-harvested and carefully vinified, it matures in barriques to develop a deep ruby-red colour with violet hues and an expressive bouquet of ripe red fruits and plum jam, complemented by subtle notes of vanilla, cocoa, and tobacco. On the palate, it is full-bodied and rounded, with smooth tannins balanced by vibrant acidity that imparts freshness and savoury depth. Best served at 18–20°C in wide goblets, it pairs beautifully with flavourful dishes, especially grilled meats and hard cheeses, and is ideal for enjoyment within 4–5 years
