A lot of trial and error has gone on at La Tordera to perfect this incredible Spumante. Named after the managing director of La Tordera, it has a bright rose colour with a hint of orange, a fruity but spicy fragrance and a taste that’s slightly sweet and nicely acidic, an all-round refreshing experience.
