Riesling grapes are gently crushed and macerated for 4 hours with the berry-skins. The must was subsequently fermented at 17° C, so that fruity and mineral aromas could develop.

Very juicy and mineral flavours appear in this riesling. A pleasure on its own or with a meal. It timelessly accompanies any picnic, evening on terrace or balcony or with a barbecue.
