Made from 100% Sauvignon blanc, from a 12 acre vineyard in Les Cassiers, there is the Pouilly Fumé La Charmette. A very pale yellow wine with glimmers of green. Scents of citrus and cut grass. Smooth, concentrated and aromatic on the palate. Great with seafood or white meats.
