MAGNUM of Señorío De P.Peciña Crianza 2014
This wine is crafted with a meticulous, traditional approach. The grapes are carefully destemmed, crushed, and undergo natural fermentation with wild yeast in stainless steel tanks. Aged for two years in seasoned American oak barrels, it is hand-racked four times using the traditional 'barrel to barrel' method. The wine is then further refined in the bottle for a minimum of 18 months before release, remaining unfined and unfiltered for a truly authentic expression.
This wine showcases a deep cherry-red color with a subtle orange hue at the rim. On the nose, it offers an intense bouquet of ripe fruit, complemented by hints of vanilla, toasted wood, and an underlying touch of jam. The palate is smooth and well-balanced, with a pleasant spiciness that adds depth. Its rich flavours are rounded and elegant, leaving a lasting, harmonious finish.
