Delicate aromas of ripe cherry and pink grapefruit lead into a crisp, elegant palate where bright acidity is perfectly balanced by a smooth, rounded texture and a distinctive mineral savouriness.

Vinified with a short skin maceration to achieve its pale blush colour, then matured in stainless steel to preserve its purity and freshness, Salete is a wine of exceptional balance and character.
